The execution state of an operator within a graph.

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

valueOf

public static OperatorState valueOf(String name)

Returns true if the state corresponds to a "complete" state. An operator is considered "complete" if it is no longer running whether due to success, failure, or cancellation
